Blind Assessment

Evaluated as a green coffee sample-roasted to light-medium. Balanced, aromatically complex, bright and juicy. Apricot, bergamot, brown sugar, Nutella, lemon balm in aroma and cup. Juicy, vibrant acidity; silky-smooth, high-toned mouthfeel. Sweetly herbaceous finish leads with citrus and stone fruit notes supported by a cocoa nib throughline.
