Blind Assessment
Intensely perfumed, fruit-saturated and buoyant. Wild blueberry, ripe mango, honeysuckle, candied lemon and milk chocolate in aroma and cup. Sparkling, juicy acidity; silky, energetic mouthfeel. The finish is extraordinarily persistent, resonating with blueberry, honeysuckle and milk chocolate notes.

Bottom Line
A thrilling Sidamo natural that delivers explosive aromatics and saturated fruit while retaining the clarity, sweetness and elegance of a classic Ethiopia.
