Blind Assessment
Floral-toned, brightly sweet. Jasmine, apricot, cocoa nib, almond butter lemongrass in aroma and cup. Juicy-bright acidity; syrupy-smooth mouthfeel. Finish consolidates to notes of apricot and almond.

Bottom Line
This Ethiopia profile hits all the classic tasting notes: juicy stone fruit, crisp cocoa nib, and richly sweet florals.
