Hearty and roast-rounded but quite sweet. Cocoa powder, raisin, scorched mesquite, gardenia, clove in aroma and small cup. Full, weighty mouthfeel; finish is slightly dry but resonant with dark chocolate and spice. In milk, the chocolate and cedar deepen toward fudge sauce and warm spice, producing a balanced cappuccino.
