Blind Assessment

Evaluated as espresso. Sweetly nut-toned, chocolaty. Hazelnut, dark chocolate, caramel, cedar, Meyer lemon zest in aroma and small cup. Quite syrupy mouthfeel; richly chocolaty, nut-toned finish. In cappuccino format, the shot softens beautifully, with caramel and chocolate emerging into a dessert-like sweetness.
