Blind Assessment
Evaluated as espresso. Deeply chocolaty, sweetly nut-toned. Dark chocolate, roasted hazelnut, lemon curd, balsa wood, molasses in aroma and small cup. Creamy-smooth mouthfeel; crisp, chocolaty, nutty finish. In cappuccino format, balanced, deep-toned, richly sweet.
