Blind Assessment
Richly aromatic, flavor-saturated. Strawberry, cherry liqueur, orange zest, tea rose and baking chocolate in aroma and cup. Bright, fruit-driven acidity; plush, syrupy mouthfeel. The finish lingers with dark fruit and chocolate tones into the long.
Notes
Produced by Anny Ruth Pimentel of Finca Loma La Gloria, entirely of the Red Bourbon variety of Arabica, and processed by the natural method (dried in the whole fruit). Old World Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee roaster with cafes in Reno and Carson City, Nevada. Visit OldWorldCoffeeRoasters.com for more information.
Bottom Line
This aptly named El Salvador natural is uniquely composed — decadently sweet, richly floral and deep-toned — a compelling Red Bourbon profile.
