Blind Assessment
Juicy-bright, complex, rich-toned. Pomelo, magnolia, cocoa nib, raspberry jam, sandalwood in aroma and cup. Sparkling acidity; full, syrupy-smooth mouthfeel. Resonant, long, satiating finish.
