Blind Assessment
Deeply sweet, richly floral. Passionfruit, bergamot, honeysuckle, cocoa nib and pink peppercorn in aroma and cup. Sparkling, high-definition acidity; plush, nectar-like body. The finish is long, perfumed and continuously evolving.
Notes
Produced by Edwin Noreña, entirely of the Geisha variety of Arabica, and processed by a proprietary carbonic honey method, fermented with mossto in sealed tanks. JBC Coffee Roasters’ vision is simple: “let the coffee lead the way” through sourcing and roasting the best and most unique coffees available and rewarding the farmers who grow those coffees with substantial premiums. Bottom Line
A boldly expressive Geisha that combines fermentation-driven intensity with the variety’s hallmark floral grace and citrus lift.
