Blind Assessment

Deeply sweet, harmoniously layered. Blackberry, dried mango, cocoa powder, vanilla bean, cedar in aroma and cup. Bright, balanced acidity; crisp, velvety body. The finish resonates with notes of blackberry and cocoa powder.

Produced by Juan Peña of Hacienda La Papaya, entirely of the Typica variety of Arabica, and processed by the natural method (dried in the whole fruit).
