Blind Assessment
Luminous, intensely aromatic and intricately sweet. White nectarine, jasmine, bergamot, passionfruit and wildflower honey in aroma and cup. Vibrant, crystalline acidity; plush, satiny-smooth mouthfeel. The finish is exceptionally long and perfumed, with white nectarine, jasmine and bergamot notes.
Notes
This coffee earned Finalist recognition in the Traditional Washed category, U.S. division, of the inaugural Kenneth Davids Cup. Produced by Carlos Jaramillo of Finca Llavecocha, entirely of the Geisha variety of Arabica, and processed by the washed method (fruit skin and pulp removed before drying). Paradise prides itself on quality and freshness, craft-roasting coffees in small batches only after orders are placed. Visit www.paradiserasters.com or call 808-498-4048 for more information.
Bottom Line
An exceptional washed Ecuador Geisha that offers soaring florals, vivid fruit and honeyed sweetness with remarkable clarity, structure and aromatic persistence.
