Blind Assessment

Evaluated as espresso. Cocoa-forward, warmly sweet. Notes of baking chocolate, toasted almond, caramel, dried cherry and mandarin in aroma and small cup. Creamy, rounded mouthfeel; sweet-tart finish. In cappuccino format, milk chocolate and almond harmonize with a soft citrus lift.
