Blind Assessment: Soft, delicately muted coffee. Sweet cocoa, bittersweet dark chocolate and nut in the aroma. In the cup backgrounded acidity and flavors of fruit, aromatic wood and continued chocolate. Simple but sweet finish.
Notes: This decaffeinated Kenya is one of Boyds Coffee's "Exotic" collection of coffees. No decaffeination process is indicated, suggesting that this coffee was decaffeinated by the conventional or direct solvent method.
