Evaluated for brewed coffee applications. Lightly and crisply roasty. Raisin, cocoa powder, hazelnut, agave syrup, scorched elm in aroma and cup. Sweet but briskly tannic structure; full, satiny mouthfeel. Sweetly roast-toned finish.

Produced by members of the Indigenous Coffee Growers Association of San Pedro (ASCI’SP), processed by the honey method (coffee is dried in the fruit flesh but not in the skins), and decaffeinated in Colombia by the Ethyl Acetate (EA) process.
