Blind Assessment
Quietly rich, layered. Cashew, minty orange, carnation, apple, nougat in aroma and cup. Crisply sweet in structure, lightly syrupy in mouthfeel. Complex, cleanly light-footed finish.
Notes
Produced in the Huila Department of Colombia and processed by the washed method (fruit skin and pulp removed before drying). Decaffeinated in Colombia by the ethyl acetate (EA) process. Bottom Line
A classically complete Colombia profile with a particularly long, ringing finish alive with nuance.
