Blind Assessment
Deep, round, sweet. Molasses, cocoa, anise, mango in aroma and cup. Savory and bittersweet in structure; fat, plush mouthfeel. The molasses note turns honeyish with a hint of anise in the compact, balanced finish.
Notes
Produced from trees of local landrace varieties of Arabica by small-holding producers of Benti Nenka village in the Guji region and processed at Guduba mill by the natural (dried in the whole fruit) method. Decaffeinated by the Swiss Water process. Ruby Colorful Coffees is a boutique fine coffee roaster in central Wisconsin in the tiny town of Nelsonville. Bottom Line
Deeply sweet, vibrantly savory and quite original.
