Evaluated as espresso. Deep-toned, sweetly pungent. Black cherry, bittersweet chocolate, roasted hazelnut, molasses and cedar in aroma and small cup. Full, creamy mouthfeel; resonant, rich finish. In cappuccino format, chocolate and hazelnut deepen while black cherry adds a lively fruit counterpoint.
