Blind Assessment
Bright, clean, precisely structured.Tangerine zest, red currant, honey, roasted almond, hint of wild thyme. Crisp acidity, lightly satiny mouthfeel. Sweet-savory finish with lingering citrus-herbal complexity.
Notes
Produced at Finca San Ramon, from trees of the Caturra and Catuai varieties of Arabica, and processed by the washed method (fruit skin and pulp removed before drying) with the addition of yeasts to the fermentation process. Kakalove Café is a nano-roaster located in the small city of Chia-Yi in Taiwan that strives to procure and roast the finest quality coffee. Bottom Line
A carefully calibrated yeast-washed Costa Rica that foregrounds clarity and structure while offering layered fruit and herb nuances.
