Blind Assessment
Sweetly fruit-forward. Strawberry, red plum, caramel, baking chocolate, cedar in aroma and cup. Juicy-bright acidity; very full, creamy-smooth mouthfeel. The finish is cocoa-toned with a hint of spice-toned cedar.
Notes
Produced by Albert and Diego Guardia, entirely of the local San Isidro 48 variety of Arabica, and processed by the natural method (dried in the whole fruit). Regent strives to deliver coffee with care and purpose. Visit regentcoffee.com for more information.
Bottom Line
A satisfying, richly fruity natural Costa Rica with balance and structure — friendly yet distinctive.
