Blind Assessment
Deeply sweet-savory, complex, resonant. Blackberry, plum, cocoa powder, molasses, gardenia in aroma and cup. Gentle, winey acidity; round, viscous mouthfeel. The finish is long and lush, with cocoa and fruit sweetness persisting into a soft floral note.
Notes
Produced by Doña Francisca and Oscar Chacon of Finca Las Lajas, entirely of the SL28 variety of Arabica, and processed by the natural method (dried in the whole fruit). Bottom Line
A lush, multilayered Costa Rica SL28 natural — richly fruit-toned and velvety, with depth and refinement throughout the profile.
