Blind Assessment
Lush, fruit-driven and deeply sweet. Raspberry preserves, ripe plum, cocoa nib, orange blossom and dark honey in aroma and cup. Bright, juicy acidity; plush, syrupy-smooth mouthfeel. The finish is long and resonant, with raspberry preserves, cocoa nib and dark honey notes.

Bottom Line
A sumptuous Costa Rica natural that layers ripe berry and stone fruit with chocolate, florals and honeyed sweetness in a beautifully balanced, full-bodied cup.
