Blind Assessment
Tropical-toned, delicately floral. Dried pineapple, violet, raw sugar, allspice, hazelnut in aroma and cup. Brightly sweet structure with sparkling, tropical acidity; rounded, silky mouthfeel. The finish is anchored in notes of pineapple and walnut, with a lingering floral lift.
