Balanced, cocoa- and fruit-toned. Dark chocolate, red apple, caramel, cedar, orange blossom in aroma and cup. Sweetly tart structure with crisp acidity; smooth, lightly syrupy mouthfeel. Finish is clean and sweet, with lingering chocolate and fruit tones.
