Intensely aromatic, fruit-saturated and sweetly floral. Aromatic orchid, red currant, lychee, cocoa nib and blood orange in aroma and cup. Gently winey acidity; plush, syrupy mouthfeel. The finish is exceptionally long and perfumed, carrying ripe red fruit, florals and cocoa with impressive integration.

Produced at Finca Esmeralda Negra, entirely of the Sidra variety of Arabica, and processed by a proprietary mosto fermentation and thermal shock method.
