Blind Assessment
Citrus-toned, sweetly herbal. Meyer lemon, lavender, panela, thyme, cocoa nib in aroma and cup. Juicy-sweet structure with brisk acidity; plush, syrupy mouthfeel. Finish centers on sweet lemon and cocoa nib notes.
