Blind Assessment: Orange, raisin, roasted nut, dark chocolate in aroma and cup. Dry, brisk acidity; medium body, silky mouthfeel. The raisiny dark chocolate carries into a rich finish.
Notes: Huila is probably the most admired of Colombia coffee growing regions; this coffee is from the Premaveral Cooperative. White Coffee is a distinguished third-generation, women-owned coffee roasting company founded in 1939. Visit
Who Should Drink It: Lovers of crisp, discreetly (and naturally) dark-chocolate-toned breakfast coffees.
