Blind Assessment
Elegantly floral, crystalline. Gardenia, Meyer lemon, white peach, cocoa nib, cane sugar in aroma and cup. Juicy, lively acidity; plush, buoyant mouthfeel. Long, floral-toned finish with delicate citrus and peach notes and cocoa nib undertones.
Notes
Produced by smallholding farmers, entirely of the Geisha variety of Arabica, and processed by the washed method (fruit skin and pulp removed before drying). Bargain Cafe is a specialty coffee roaster in Taitung, Taiwan. Visit www.bargain-cafe.com for more information.
Bottom Line
A superbly executed washed Geisha from Colombia’s Nariño Department: refined, floral, and sweetly complex, with a clarity and precision that rewards slow sipping.
