Blind Assessment
Radiant, floral and citrus-driven. Notes of pink grapefruit, gardenia, apricot, vanilla and cocoa nib in aroma and cup. Crisp, lively acidity; silky body. The finish is long and elegant, highlighting fruit and floral sweetness supported by distinct cocoa nib.
Notes
Produced by smallholding farmers, entirely of the Geisha variety of Arabica, and processed by the washed method (fruit skin and pulp removed before drying). Heat Coffee is a nano-roaster in Taipei, Taiwan that strives to procure and roast the finest-quality coffee. Visit the Heat Coffee Facebook page for more information.
Bottom Line
A graceful washed Geisha from Nariño — refined yet expressive, with high-toned acidity and layered floral-citrus depth.
