Blind Assessment
Vibrant, fruit-forward. Pink guava, raspberry liqueur and blood orange, supported by cocoa nib and chamomile in both aroma and cup. Acidity is buoyant and juicy; body is crisp and velvety, without heaviness. The finish offers ripe fruit and an enticing sweet herbaceousness.

Produced by Edison Argote of Finca Quebraditas, entirely of the SL28 variety of Arabica, and processed by the natural method (dried in the whole fruit), with the addition of yeast in a controlled fermentation environment.
