Evaluated as cold brew. Smooth, sweetly balanced, and gently bright. Cocoa nib, toasted pecan, vanilla, cherry, maple syrup in aroma and cup. Briskly sweet acidity; velvety-smooth body. Notes of maple syrup and cocoa nib carry the finish. Creamy and sweet with milk, highlighting rich chocolate and toasted nut notes.
