Blind Assessment
Melon-toned, delicately spiced. Cantaloupe, chrysanthemum, date sugar, white pepper, almond nougat in aroma and cup. Gently sweet structure with balanced, malic acidity; creamy, suede-like mouthfeel. The finish lingers centers around notes of cantaloupe and almond, with a whisper of floral spice.
