Blind Assessment
Evaluated as espresso. Sweetly spice-toned, chocolate-forward. Baking chocolate, caramel, roasted almond, dried cherry and clove in aroma and small cup. Rounded, velvety mouthfeel; balanced bittersweet finish. In cappuccino format, caramel and chocolate deepen, with a soft cherry undercurrent.
