Evaluated as espresso. Berry-toned, richly sweet tart. Raspberry coulis, almond butter, dark chocolate, blackberry leaf, wild honey in aroma and small cup. Creamy-smooth mouthfeel; long, lingering, multilayered finish. In cappuccino format, gently berry-toned with a chocolate base.

Notes

A blend of both washed and natural-processed coffees from Ethiopia, roasted for espresso applications. The Taiwanese pronunciation of DOHO (tú-hó) means “pure serendipity.” Doho Coffee Roasters has two stores and is dedicated to promoting coffee culture through the high quality of its products. A vibrant, berry-forward single-origin Ethiopia espresso with a plush dark chocolate undercurrent, offering layered sweetness and finesse especially in the straight shot.
