Delicately floral, juicy and nuanced. White peach, tangerine, jasmine, cocoa nib and almond brittle in aroma and cup. Bright, lively acidity; plush, satiny-smooth mouthfeel. The finish is long and graceful, carrying stone fruit, citrus and delicate cocoa notes.

 Produced by four families as part of the Palestina Crop Management program, entirely of the Chiroso variety of Arabica, and processed by the washed method (fruit skin and pulp removed before drying).
