Blind Assessment
Deeply sweet, rounded and cocoa-toned. Black cherry, chocolate fudge, roasted hazelnut, dried fig and molasses in aroma and cup. Gentle, round acidity; light, satiny mouthfeel. The finish leads with notes of black cherry and roasted hazelnut.
Notes
Produced by Rodina Aguiarů of Fazenda Semente, and processed by the anaerobic natural method, in which the whole fruit is fermented in tanks with limited oxygen before drying, also in the whole fruit. Coffee Club is a Prague-based specialty coffee club by Jablum Czech. Visit www.zijeme-kavou.cz for more information.
Bottom Line
A friendly anaerobic Brazil that emphasizes dark fruit, chocolate and nut tones with deep caramelized sweetness and subtle fermentation-driven complexity.
