Blind Assessment
Sumptuous, deeply sweet and chocolate-driven. Cocoa-nib, ripe cherry, praline, dried apricot and vanilla in aroma and cup. Gently juicy, balanced acidity; plush, creamy mouthfeel. The finish is exceptionally long and enveloping, with cocoa nib, praline and ripe cherry lingering.
