Blind Assessment
Evaluated as espresso. Richly aromatic, chocolaty. Dark chocolate, roasted hazelnut, date, pink grapefruit zest and cedar in aroma and small cup. Full, sturdy mouthfeel; balanced bittersweet finish. In cappuccino format, chocolate and nut tones deepen, supported by soft caramel.
