Blind Assessment
Deeply sweet, fruit-toned, quietly savory. Dried cherry, sorghum, baking chocolate, barley, sandalwood in aroma and cup. Gently tart acidity; full, creamy mouthfeel. The crisply sweet finish has lingering notes of dried cherry, sorghum and baking chocolate.

A full-bodied, richly sweet natural-processed Bali with resonant dried-fruit tones complicated by savory-sweet aromatic wood.
