Blind Assessment
Harmonious and full-bodied. Raspberry, dark chocolate, toffee, macadamia, molasses in aroma and cup. Bright, winey acidity; rich, syrupy mouthfeel. The finish is long and sweet, with cocoa and nut notes persisting.
