Blind Assessment
Richly floral-toned, multilayered. Narcissus, apple blossom, wild honey, lemon balm, cocoa nib in aroma and cup. Briskly sweet acidity; plush , syrupy-smooth mouthfeel. Exceptionally long, resonant, flavor-saturated finish.
Notes
Produced by Fang Zhenglun of Zouzhouyuan Coffee Estate, entirely of the Geisha variety of Arabica, and processed by the natural method (dried in the whole fruit). Zouzhouyuan Coffee Estate was founded by Fang Zhenglun, a member of the Tsou indigenous group. Originally a high-mountain tea farmer, he shifted to coffee cultivation more than 20 years ago and has since become a pioneer in Taiwan’s specialty coffee movement. The estate now cultivates over 70 genetically verified coffee varieties. Visit Zouzhouyuan’s online store for more information.
