Evaluated as espresso. Briskly sweet, chocolaty. Baking chocolate, rose hips, almond, elm, hint of lavender in aroma and small cup. Velvety mouthfeel; crisp, wood-framed finish. In cappuccino format, chocolaty and richly sweet.
