Blind Assessment: Intense aroma, sweetly and richly pungent with aromatic wood, orangy citrus, leather. In the cup the acidity is powerful but rounded by sweetness. Lightly syrupy mouthfeel; continued orange, aromatic wood and leather notes. Clean, rich, tart finish.

Who should drink it: A symphonically rich version of the classic high-grown Central American cup from one of the region?s great origins.
