Blind Assessment: A light-medium roast of a very pure coffee that preserves the taste of the coffee orchard: tartly sweet coffee fruit, honey, flowers, nut. Delicate acidity, lean but silky mouthfeel, cleanly sweet finish.

Who should drink it: Delicate, breezy, spring like.
