Blind Assessment:

Evaluated as espresso. Richly sweet, floral-toned. Wisteria, ginger, cedar, baker’s chocolate, blackberry in aroma and small cup. Velvety-smooth body; the finish is cocoa-toned with notes of gently scorched cedar that contribute a smoky nuance, especially in the long finish. In cappucino-scaled milk, chocolate notes deepen, florals open further, and berry notes recede.

The Bottom Line: A deeply sweet, spice-inflected blend with pleasing roast notes that suggest cedar.
