Blind Assessment: The aroma is sweet, rather full in dimension, the cup pungent and roasty with a balancing hint of acidity. Limited but satisfying.

Who Should Drink It: Dark-roast lite. This coffee might make a good budget choice for those who enjoy dark-roast coffees but find the intensity of specialty versions too overbearing.
