Roast: Medium Review Date: June 2013
Origin: Nicaragua; Kenya; Ethiopia. Price: NT $1200/454 grams

Blind Assessment: Reviewed as espresso. Sweetly and roundly bright. Cherry, plum, cedar, buttery dark chocolate in aroma and cup. Lively, lightly creamy mouthfeel. The buttery dark chocolate moves forward in a balanced, gently rich finish. In three parts milk the chocolate triumphs again, fatter and roundly fruit-toned.

Notes: Pa Mano Café is an in-store roaster located in Kaohsiung City, Taiwan, serving both espresso beverages and single-origin pour-over coffees. This blend is designed for customers who enjoy lighter-roasted espresso. Call +886-7-323-6198 for more information.

Who Should Drink It: A classic espresso in the newer style: medium-roasted, roundly bright, full but not heavy in mouthfeel, displaying balanced fruit and chocolate in milk.
