Coffee Review - Bolivia Buenavista Colonia Villa Rosario by CQ Coffee
91
Roast: Medium Review Date: April 2013
Origin: Caranavi Province, west-central Bolivia. Price: $13.50/12 ounces

Blind Assessment: Musky and savory. Wet oak, sweet pumpkin, cantaloupe, mushroom, dark chocolate in aroma and cup. Rich, bittersweet acidity; medium-full mouthfeel. Roundly dry short finish; sweetens and turns chocolaty in the long.

Notes: Produced by small-holding farmers in the town of Villa Rosario and processed at the admired Buenavista mill. CQ Coffee Roasters is a coffee-loving, quality-focused roasting company based in Bedford, New Hampshire. Visit www.cqcoffeeroasters.com or call 603-345-7707 for more information.

Coffee, more so than wine, is a continually changing product. Recent reviews, whether written by Coffee Review or readers, are most likely to reflect current versions of a given coffee.
