Blind Assessment: Gentle, delicate. Crisp chocolate and hazelnut notes dominate in aroma and cup; complicating hints of fir and citrus. Gentle, balanced acidity; light, silky mouthfeel. Sweet-toned, slightly drying finish.

Notes: This coffee is organic and Fair Trade certified, meaning it was purchased from small-holding farmers at a "fair" or economically sustainable price. It is also offered under the umbrella of the Café Femenino program, which "provides extra income that goes directly to ... women producers."
