Coffee Review - Guatemala Hanupu by Temple Coffee
93
Roast: Medium Review Date: December 2011
Origin: Antigua growing region, Guatemala. Price: $14.50/12 ounces

Blind Assessment: Delicately bright, honeyish, refreshing. Honey, violet-like flowers, sweetly tart berry in aroma and in cup, where a hint of cocoa complicates. Gently bright acidity; silky mouthfeel. Bittersweet, cocoa-toned finish.

Notes: This offering was produced entirely from trees of the heirloom Bourbon variety of Arabica. Coffee, more so than wine, is a continually changing product. Recent reviews, whether written by Coffee Review or readers, are most likely to reflect current versions of a given coffee.
