Blind Assessment: Attractive floral, nut, lemon and vanilla notes, but rather muted, especially in the aroma. Round, gentle acidity; unusually buttery mouthfeel. The nut note hints at chocolate in a sweet, rich finish.

Notes: Yirgacheffe is a coffee region in southern Ethiopia that produces distinctively floral- and fruit-toned coffees from traditional varieties of Arabica long grown in the region.
